Mission and Main Activities
Our mission:
Following articles 40 and 44 of law no. 2016-020 on the fight against corruption and article 03 of Decree no. 2020-013 of January 15, 2020, restructuring the Independent Anti-Corruption Bureau (BIANCO), BIANCO is responsible for implementing the National Strategy to Combat Corruption (2025-2030).Main activities:
Prevent corruption by identifying risks in procedures and systems in the public and private sectors; recommend reforms and provide advice
- Analysis of corruption risks and risk mapping- Implementation of Anti-Corruption Mechanisms
- Support for the development of the Internal Anti-Corruption Policy (PILCC)
- Securing administrative competitions
Educate the population about the dangers of corruption and the necessity to fight it, mobilize public support
- Conduct awareness-raising and civic education activities aimed at establishing, from a young age, a culture of integrity and rejection of corruption within society through the Networks of Honesty and Integrity (RHI).
- Inclusion of a training module on ethics and anti-corruption in the curricula of national administration schools: ENAM, ENMG, INFA, ENSP, ENAP, ENSD, etc.
- Conduct a community communication campaign through the organization of events: RHI Day, International Anti-Corruption Day.
Conduct investigations into cases of corruption and related offenses for the effective enforcement of the anti-corruption law

- In order to effectively combat corruption, BIANCO promotes cooperation with national, foreign, and international organizations within the framework of agreements and conventions related to the fight against corruption.
